I am Dennis Lorenz, nice to meet you!
Born and raised in Germany, I have been moving around places
for the past few years over the course of my education.
I was an exchange student at an American High School for a year,
and after I finished my High School in Germany I moved to the Netherlands
to join NHTV’s International Game Architecture and Design course
in the Design & Production Variation.
Since my studies, I had the opportunity to work on several cool projects with amazing people,
and while I entered as a designer I quickly leaped into production.
I feel like it was the right choice for me,
as I very much enjoy the creative process and challenges
that game development offers.
I focus mostly on game production, and while I also learned
a lot about game design over the course of my studies,
I enjoy the process of organizing a team and helping others achieve their vision.
Currently I am working on The Cycle at YAGER.
In my free time I enjoy playing all kinds of games, travelling to interesting places,
live music, joining Game Jams and getting into roles I never had before, as well as learning and expanding my horizon in general.
I also enjoy long walks on the beach.
Check out my portfolio page to see a selection of projects I worked on.
